Yummy and Healthy Quesadillas

All these ingredients can be purchased at Walmart.  


These tortilla wraps have only 5 net carbs because each have 9g of fiber!  


Use any type of cheese you like.

  
Cook chicken tenderloins in a small amount of cold pressed, extra virgin olive oil on low to medium heat.



Saute onions and peppers until tender.  I keep a container of peppers on hand to make preparation easier.



Add chicken, peppers, onions, spinach, or any vegetables you like.


I do not have a quesadilla maker, so I use a waffle iron. It works great!


 Serve with a little salsa and a dollop of light sour cream.


Use one wrap folded or two wraps for a bigger meal.


Virtually fat free with exceptions of the light sour cream and olive oil.  The wrap has 9g of  fiber, so it's extra high in fiber after adding the vegetables. It's packed with vitamins, minerals, and other nutritional benefits!
